My story
I’m very Italian, as you can probably tell from my name, which feels exotic in the UK but is very common where I'm from.
I was born in Milan, where I studied and began my career after university.
In 2019, I moved to London for what was meant to be a short-term experience, but it quickly became home. My husband and I fell in love with the city and today we’re growing our family here.
I have been working in the corporate world for over ten years, developing skills in planning, problem-solving and working under pressure.
I’ve always been known as “the organised one”: colleagues, teachers, friends and family all say the same thing: “Giulia, you’re the most organised person I know.” At the same time, I’m a people person at heart. I love listening, asking questions and understanding what truly matters to someone. Combining this with my love for structure defines how I work: my purpose is helping people feel empowered, confident and excited about what they’re creating.

The idea
I planned my own wedding in Italy, as well as several other events there - all from London - and along the way I discovered how much I genuinely love the process.
Researching venues, comparing suppliers, building spreadsheets, mapping timelines… the parts most people find stressful, I actually enjoy.
But I also saw how hard the beginning can be. Too many choices, unclear pricing, slow replies and language barriers can quickly make planning an event in Italy feel overwhelming.
Friends and colleagues shared similar frustrations: some hired event planners and felt like they lost control, others tried to do everything themselves and quickly felt exhausted.
Many wished they had someone to guide them through the first steps, without taking over.
That’s why I created EVENTI with Giulia, an in-between solution: not full-service, not DIY, but a structured, supportive start to the event of your dreams in the Bel Paese.
I help you get organised, feel confident and stay in control, so you can enjoy the excitement of planning without the stress.
